Was this stealth delayed? I don't recall an announcement but it was originally set to open this year, the site now says opening 2018.

theyve been working on the part that will transfer load from the condo portion of the tower to the base, you can see those 4 big steel rows in the images above. it seems like theyve mostly completed that floor and begun on the next one, unless more similar work is needed i presume we'll start...

Looks good but is there really enough demand to support all this residential? I heard some people were already worried about the former Greyhound tower going up and seems like there's going to be a lot of vacancy downtown once all these buildings are finished.

Anthony - I believe our leases all expire around the time the new tower is done. We do not own any of our existing buildings, so the two offices on 112 St (Devonian on the east side and our main towers on the west) will be vacant until they find new tenants, though Devonian does have a floor or...

Snapped a quick shot on the way to work this morning. West side is getting painted first. If that's the final look I'm not really a fan of those braces or joints or whatever they are staying visible...expected it to be cleaner. But maybe they've got more to do there.

Thanks Hilman. Last time I was at Rogers I thought it looked like they'd put up siding there but looking closer at these pictures I can see it's not.

So are they just going to punch through the pedway into Rogers Place? I find it odd they completed exterior finishing on that side only to presumably tear some of it back off to make the connection.

Hey Dave, how do these permits work? Does this mean they are actually going to complete the first 30 first and build the second half of the building later? Or are the permits just separated because one half is commercial and the other is residential? I figured the entire structure would go up...

Does anyone know if the casino is going to get any extra signage to look more like the renders? It's a nice building but a bit bland right now
