I took a walk thru Commerce Place, Manulife, ECC, Sandman Signature Hotel, Bell, COE, JW, Stantec and Rogers Place in the early afternoon. Homeless folks were occupying pedways, and was garbage strewn all over. Security had to escort out some guy who was smoking inside the Commerce Place...

I've always maintained that the parkade entrance along 100 St needs a revamp. As usual, the city missed an ample opportunity to do this during the Centennial Plaza renovations.

One could blame Brits closure on the Valley Line LRT construction seeing that their Argyll Road location is still open. Winston's is my go-to place for fish & chips.

Looks like the ball diamond will stay intact according to the rendering. On the other hand, the historic Rossdale Brewery building also needs to stay intact but is not depicted as such in the rendering. So who knows?

Isn't there already a police station in the old 3 Bananas space on Churchill Square? Or has that not occurred yet?

Let's Grill was closed yesterday but no signage stating as such. So I wandered over to Kyoto for some AYCE sushi. According to Google Maps it is temporarily closed, but as we all know Maps isn't the most reliable source.
