2025 Predictions

I'm not sure if there's a thread on this yet, but here are my predictions:

2025 Predictions:
(1) Inflation and interest rates hold steady.
(2) Conservative Party of Canada wins majority in Parliament after non-confidence vote.
(3) Strong population growth in Edmonton, with construction in suburban housing and some housing plans along the LRT (Bonnie Doon, Mill Woods and Blatchford).
(4) Edmonton Oilers win Stanley Cup.
(5) King Thunderbird Centre opens in Summer 2025.
(6) Edmonton Elks make playoffs.
