Only the NX and Streetside are condo. Encore, Landmark, Mutti, Carbon Busters, Crimson Cove and Ocheller (ie everyone who has completed a house there to date, plus Carbon Busters) are freehold.

Are you under the mistaken impression that funding for the arts represents some significant portion of your property taxes and that you'd even notice the difference if all arts spending was terminated?

Looks like it also has the function of making cutting right across the tracks less attractive.
