It looks like Mutti has broken ground on their Modern Farmhouse development, and it looks like more utilities are being trenched in on the northwest side of Yorke. There is also work going on around the Fane road area, although I have not wandered by to check it out.

Just a rough estimation but the currently available lots cover ~450m, and from the south east end on that image it's only another ~350m. Assuming no phased opening of the LRT extension there is another four years to get there. From a purely selfish perspective I hope one of the mixed use plots...

Was just browsing around on realtor.ca as one is wont to do, and noticed that there are now the rest of the phase 1 lots up for sale. The listings also show a bit more of the phase 1 plans.
