    The units on the first (nearly completed) building are actually being marketed for $769,000 - $850,000 depending on the unit. I actually think that is a lot great value considering the level of finishing it looks like these will have. Tough to get a skinny house along the street for less than $1M.

    Or...maybe they just are poor operators? If memory serves me correctly, they left their former location on some pretty bad terms as well. You can't blame Beljan for "pulling a group out of their comfort zone" when they are grown adults that are choosing to sign two leases.
