Yes, that is a great idea. It would have been distinctive, added a bit character and fit with well with the name.Wish the balcony railings were cobalt in colour.

Hard disagree. You can stroll through dozens of European cities where most multi-family buildings are clad in stucco and they look great, as long as they're well-designed and well-maintained. Lots of Edmonton buildings have used stucco poorly, but this one looks very good (if not quite great).How about NO MORE STUCCO on any commercial or multi-family residential projects. It looks cheap and ages horribly.
