^ Yeah, it would have been nice if they tied the name of the building into the building finishes somehow.

Maybe its the photos, but the passageway into the inner courtyard doesnt look as inviting as the Mercury block I. Regardless, great project, really like the risk taking of having the inner courtyard retail on both buildings, helps create a more interesting city experience of having some stuff be a bit out of the ordinary, out of the way, and altogether different. Nice to have things hidden away sometimes and happened upon. Made by Marcus on whyte is a good example of that

How about NO MORE STUCCO on any commercial or multi-family residential projects. It looks cheap and ages horribly.
