I’m not sure what you mean by weak, I think it’s a fair point. I could be wrong, but I thought this thread was about updates related to a renovation and not whether a Booster Juice was potentially opening or closing.

Man this thread has sure lost its way. It’s become a strange advertisement for irrelevant stores opening in an irrelevant mall. Do people posting about a new store opening really care? If you do I applaud your far reaching optimism.

The park is very nice and a great addition to the area. I find it strange though that it’s not really visible from Jasper ave. I work just off of 108 St and when I was telling colleagues about it most of them are not even aware it’s there. I think it would have been more aesthetically...

Im not being sarcastic, but what are people supposed to observe, there is nothing to look at in our city centre that would warrant building an observation deck, at least nothing that would pay off by trying to charge people to utilize.

They have already released information on the tiny tower that's going there, so what's with the rampant speculation of it now becoming a mixed-use tower with a significant height increase? Does someone have information that this is actually the case, or is this just that, speculation, motivated...

I am not convinced Station Lands will have any transformative impact on downtown. As of right now I know which one of the two areas I would rather live for a variety of reasons. Time will tell I suppose.

In my humble opinion this is by far the most exciting project to happen to downtown in the last 20 years. Between this and Warehouse Park these two blocks are going to be completely transformed and I suspect generate lots of new investment in the area over the course of the next ten years. I am...
