I don’t know, looking at the Ice District I find it pretty hard to complain about what Katz Group has been willing to do. There are many others I would put atop the hit list over Katz at least.
Absolutely nothing going on. I walk through it at least once a week and there are tables/ chairs setup that usually are used by a handful of people and a ping pong table but it's still a weirdly half finished space with no signs of imminent work.
On this topic, The Mayfair seems to have stopped turning their LEDs on from what I've noticed. Does anyone know why? Was it complaints from the residents?

Honestly this is pretty good marketing. I'm debating buying a ticket. Early season games are usually nice weather at the very least and if you get multiple games out of it awesome and if you see a win, even better.
The most expensive tickets for 6 together on Ticketmaster are $340 for that game. Can get some for $110 cheapest. Pair of seats together is only $80. Not too sure where you are looking
From what I remember back in like 2018, that was essentially what their plan was when proposing the Freeway option. Have the areas where intersections were close together setup like the Whitemud between 170st and 178 st. But time and money are the reasons they went this Expressway option...
