Absolutely nothing going on. I walk through it at least once a week and there are tables/ chairs setup that usually are used by a handful of people and a ping pong table but it's still a weirdly half finished space with no signs of imminent work.

Honestly this is pretty good marketing. I'm debating buying a ticket. Early season games are usually nice weather at the very least and if you get multiple games out of it awesome and if you see a win, even better.

The most expensive tickets for 6 together on Ticketmaster are $340 for that game. Can get some for $110 cheapest. Pair of seats together is only $80. Not too sure where you are looking
