The DC2 didn’t go anywhere so we are working with a new developer who took over this site. We’re bumping up the height to up 6 storeys on this new rezoning and have just started working on building options.
McKernan @76 is another TOD rezoning project that was approved in July.
As in other rezonings, we are helping the developer to approve the development permit which was submitted three weeks ago.
