Just over two weeks left until the March 2 deadline to invest in the Alberta Block. A brilliant Co-op ownership structure has been developed so small individual investors can buy an ownership share in this wonderful building.

My brother and I were out for a walk on Mill Creek ravine trail last week and encountered this sign. Brilliant addition to the sign, lol. This was just north of the trestle bridge in case you head out for a walk down the ravine. You have to make your own detour around this.
