We were in-the-knows over Emerald and Tower 101 by the horses itself as well. When the tower tops out is when I feel happy.

the amount of below grade work from new raft slabs to new elevator cores to banding existing columns for additional capacity to new mechanical and electrical and service spaces along with extending the structure to the east probably didn’t save much time but was simply much less visible as it took place within the existing structure without requiring excavation.

Understandably but there were no digging or standard procedures that normally are associated with a tower, so that aspect still allows for an easier process imo.

My guess is you're looking at the connection between the underground pedway and the Station Lands parkade and/or the integrated District Utility Connection...
