As many of you know, this place is my second home (and a few others on here) when in Edmonton and is celebrating their 20th next week with a series of nights. If you haven't gone before, haven't been lately or are still recovering from last week, I highly encourage you to go raise a glass. This place has been a staple on Jasper and regularly made Jasper Ave vibrant at night (and now mornings too!). The group behind it, staff and DJs are some of the best people I've met over the years.
Made me reflect a little and realize that I've been there in my 20s, 30s and now mid-40s. Damn.

Once Boxer has opened, any chance that HSBC will finally reopen its entrances from ECC? They've been closed since the 2020 pandemic, but I don't believe they can use COVID as an excuse anymore.

Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere, but I noticed that the former 7/11 on Jasper/104 in the Jaffer Building has a "LEASED" sign above its windows now. Anyone know what's moving in there?
