Jokes aside I actually am a little shocked it is no longer a Gemoro ad. I feel like it's been Gemoro since I was taking the number 3 bus in Junior High in the early 2000's

Yeah, it was Gemoro forever. I suspected they were targeting people traveling downtown for work or meetings from the west end, but with work from home over the last few years, that audience was probably considerably reduced.

Gemoro closed their Commerce Place store (retained WEM) a couple of years ago now and so this location made no sense to retain.

Drove by that weirdly out of place “faux French Versailles” apartment building across from the Cactus Club at WEM today….and it looked completely empty on all floors….

In the link youll see 3 concept and a survey.
I like option B but would prefer elements of all three.
