Just a couple weeks since our last update, and progress at Augustana has been moving along well. The 30-storey residential high-rise by Pangman and DIALOG has now risen at least a storey above grade as its multi-level podium continues to take shape.

Located just northeast of the Legislative Buildings, and two blocks south of Jasper Ave, at the corner of 107 St NW and 99 Ave NW, the redeveloped Augustana aite will eventually help to knit together the no man's land that currently exists between the Government District and Downtown. Augustana will be home to nearly 300 new residents spread across 230 units.

Close to transit, downtown, and the delights of nearby Jasper Ave, Augustana will more than likely be a popular address for those looking to live within easy striking distance of the core. Walking distance to the sprawling Legislature grounds, and close to the river/park, Augustana will also be attractive to those longing to be close to greenery.

SkyriseEdmonton will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
