Hey Harley. Thinking we should get together sometime to come up with a plan to build the site, divide up the work so we don't overlap. We're both very busy, so not sure when we'd have time to do that, but something to think about.
I may've lived at Niagara Falls, Canada. I'm glad this gets made in the American Side.

This project will held the largest helium balloon ever & this concept art is a plan to expand its surroundings.

In my opinion, this looks both cool & amazing!!!

Hey Robotgwan. I saw your post in regards to the toilet requiring 15” of clearing in regards to the Ravine condo’s at York Mills. I’m also an owner and my toilet has the same issue. I was hoping we could chat. How do I reach you?
Hi Sabrina,
My wife and I have been watching all the posts and are still waiting for M2M or Aoyuan to contact us about our unit. We're in the north tower on the 9th floor. DO you mind sharing where yours is? We're trying to find any clues as to the progress and we're not getting any answers back from either M2M or Aoyuan.
Thanks,
Richard
Hi, did you get the occupancy? How did they setup the appointment for PDI? They will call you or email you the appointment? Do you get the convenient time on weekends to do PDI or you have to go when they call you? After PDI is done how long it takes to get the occupancy of the unit?

Occupancy Notice is provided by the Sales Team and PDI Appointment dates are pre-set by the developer. Everything is done through Email. Depends , I've done PDIs from December 2023 even with Occupancy notices for March. Aoyuan opted for doing PDIs much earlier compared to other developers imo.
Branden, I was wondering whether you are the person to start new threads. If so, do you know of the townhome project in old Ancaster that is being built right behind the new Arts Centre? They are called either the Towns in Ancaster or the Towns on Queen, depending on their website or the billboard on site.

Thanks for setting up the tread!
As with many large-scale retirement communities, I see Parkland on Golf LInks as a huge seniors' warehouse. And who would want to have their window facing one of our busiest highways? The exhaust from thousands of cars each day. I sometimes walk down Wilson, and am very much interested in the various condo projects proposed or started.
Also - what do you know about Valery Homes?

The noisemakers from vehicles it will retiree distracted from the windows, need to add noise walls around parkland on Westbound 403 but the a lot of trees will become an issue and the Valery Homes a great builder with projects currently building on West 5th and Ventura Towers podium additions in Downtown it will increase to 6-Storeys.
Hello, I'd like to use some of your incredible images of 160 Front Street West (TD Terrace) for our tall building database and newsletter at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. If you're interested, could you email me at iwork@ctbuh.org? Thanks!
Hello, do you happen to know anything about the Highgrove 2 project? It seems as though no one does. I am getting nervous.

I haven't heard about receivership for Highgrove II yet, although it seems likely based on their cash flow issues. Even if they avoid receivership, I don't see how anyone would lend them money to build it. It's possible another builder buys the project as-is and builds it with the current buyers in place.

Your deposits are very likely safe as Highgrove II is a condo project and they are being deposited into the lawyer's trust account.
