I would rank their 6 storey project on the corner of 108 st, 102 Ave as higher priority for me than Grandin 2 - downtown needs new residential so badly. But all of them at same time is fine, too.

As a critic I would say this development is not sub-par but neither is it exceptional. It is superior to their 108th street and 102nd avenue project but nowhere near their best high-rise development on 103rd street and 102nd Avenue. I know Westrich is developing here, there and everywhere; I just wish they would maintain the high architectural standards that they started with.
