The houses in Belgravia where the project will be built are still standing, but each now has a Westrich Pacific sign on the front lawn advertising this building (West Garneau).

Living here has been a horrible experience. Heat hardly works, water isn’t hot. They haven’t given us a utility bill for 6 months and now expect us to pay all up front, and guess what? They lied about utilities with heat being included when they first advertised for tenants. Now we owe all of it up front and full utilities which is shocking as most other apartments will include heat/ water. They have zero accountability for their own shortfalls as a company.
