Some updates! My partner and I just got approved for a lease here. 2 bed room, 2 bath, corner unit. ~943sq ft. with 15ft! vaulted ceilings!

Move in July. Here are some updated pictures from today. Looks like they're starting all the exterior finishings.

Life safety systems and commissioning wouldn't be done as of yet... so no.

Any updates on your move-in? Looks like they're not quite finished yet but they were supposed to start move-ins July 1st.
Hey everyone. Moved in beginning of July. Has been a bit crazy, as the first few weeks there was no parking whatsoever and the back alley to the parkade was ripped up. We had no water first day and for 2 weeks we had no AC. Was disappointed with the finishings in the unit as there were many issues with paint, flooring, drawers, etc. We had service workers come into our building pretty much every day for 2 weeks.

Currently the balconies are still under construction, and still not done yet so no use of balcony. We've ran into many other tenants in the building that are appalled at the issues.

Issues still ongoing, but much better now. The first month of July sucked, and now we see on their website that they are offering 6 months free parking and $500 utilities incentives for new leases. Super upsetting that new move ins that are not facing the issues we have can get better incentives...

Sounds about right for westrich.

Hate to say it, but this is somewhat typical of new projects. I have had similar experiences twice in the past (years ago). Final inspections refer to "substantial completion" (meaning there are some elements left to complete).
