No townhomes (might be stairs from patios on some units?), but a few 3-bed units per floor.

That pit seems so abnormally giant for what appears to be a generic 6 storey, wood framed walk up. Their University condos….has a pit about a 1/3rd as deep/big

Reasonably nice, fill-in product here. These smaller scale projects don't always get the same attention as a tower, but are probably more important given the quantity of them for the urban feel of the city. Looks good.
