The unit # on the permit indicates it’ll be in the now vacated space to the right of the entrance to the washrooms in the phase 3 food court. Maybe having a separate dining area in the food court will allow it to be closed on Sundays?

I would rather support local (e.g. Ralph's, Rob's) or even KFC.
I'll only consider Chick-fil-A if I can't get anything better.

Interesting. I wonder if Paris Baguette will also be opening at their sister location, the Grand Villa Casino in ICE District?
Their Whyte Ave location is always packed when I go by.

Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecakes opening in the space across from Phase 3 Starbucks (old Pearsons Berry Farm location). I’ve had them in Toronto and they’re not bad.

Recreational uses such as this are actually a pretty clever reuse of these large retail spaces. Surprised we haven't seen more of this happen in other locations.
