Construction Updates
AREA 2 - Traffic Shift on 104 Avenue between 105 Street and 109 Street
This is a supplemental area notice for work previously mentioned in the following notices:
Lane Closures on 104 Avenue between 105 Street and 121 Street
On or around August 12, 2025, Marigold crews will shift construction efforts on 104 Avenue between 105 Street and 109 Street to the south side of the road.
To accommodate this, traffic on 104 Avenue between 105 Street and 109 Street will be shifted north. Traffic in the area has already been reduced to a single lane in either direction. Access to/from the south side of 104 Avenue will be closed at 106 Street and at 108 Street.
Pedestrian access will be maintained on the south side of 104 Avenue. Access across 104 Avenue will be maintained; however, detours will be in place. Please follow project wayfinding signage in the area.
The north/south bicycle lane on 106 Street, south of 104 Avenue will be maintained.
Construction will occur during daytime and overnight hours, Monday through Sunday. This work is expected to last two months.
To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
Drivers:
• Traffic on 104 Avenue between 105 Street and 109 Street will be shifted north.
• Access to/from the south side of 104 Avenue will be closed at 106 Street.
• Access to/from the south side of 104 Avenue will be closed at 108 Street.
• A single lane of east/west traffic will be maintained on 104 Avenue.
• Turn movements will be maintained where access permits.
Pedestrians:
• Pedestrian access will be maintained on the south side of 104 Avenue.
• Access across 104 Avenue will be maintained but detours will be in place.
• Please follow project wayfinding signage.
Other impacts:
• Construction will occur during daytime and overnight hours, Monday through Sunday.
• There will be noise associated with this work. Every effort will be made to reduce the impact to the public.
• North/south bicycle traffic on 106 Street, south of 104 Avenue, will be maintained.
• This work is expected to last two months.
