They're now saying that construction will end in 2028, followed by commissioning activities that they are unable to specify a deadline for.

Looks like their plan changed: "Over the coming weeks, throughout the Valley Line West alignment, work sites will flip to the opposite side of the road. To accommodate this, traffic will be shifted away from the new work zones, and most lane and access closures will reopen. Drainage work will commence in the new year and is expected to last until the Spring."

It would be great if something could be completed early or ahead of time. It seems to be going smoothly, but from past experience it seems problems causing long delays do not often pop up until close to the end.
