Calgary has ~225,000

Edmonton has ~11-12,000,000 sqft of DT office space give or take
Calgary has ~4 times that.

^^^^ Well then, if both statements are true, why post the fake numbers? You seem to have an inexplicable hate on for all things Edmonton; either that or a base need to just to be heard on any given subject -- maybe its both.

Because that is what they were pre-COVID and are our best comparison at this period in time.

Quite the contrary my friend; I have a passion for all things Edmonton and simply want to be a but more realistic and help push Edmonton to become more competitive and aware of it's often frequent lack of effectiveness vis a vis other cities/municipalities.
