I so wish something good can go in there at street level and create enough foot traffic that it will push any problems out of the area.

Its too bad the hotel is nice newer building, but we need more than one in this area and certainly something at street level to create more foot traffic.

Sorry for confusion. It was brought up in the discussion when Tang was asking admin a question about the bridge.
Tang to admin: "Does Qualico own the bridge?"
Admin: "Our position is Qualico owns the bridge. It is not Qualico's position."
Tang: "I think it's very important that we're clear on that."
Admin said the city has provided CRL money to Qualico/Stationlands specifically to do something with bridge, not neccessarily to tear it down, but do something. They have until 2030 to decide they do own bridge and do something with it perhaps as phase 2 of Stationlands project or the money goes back into crl.

Although I thought from the renders that were posted somewhere on here previously, that the project incorporated that building into the design?

Dub has a different student housing project, previously announced, that is exactly at this 96 St location.
