I think this would be a great location for Westrich’s next project.

Doesn't that timeline pretty much rule out mid/high rise projects? More suburban frame for the downtown area? Predetermined stick ghetto?

Maybe not15+ years but I would think at least 10-12… The Quarters Redevelopment Plan was first approved in 2009.

No idea, if they're talking about recent owners - it could be Gene Dub. I know he owns/owned quite a bit of the land just north of this property.
