I really think the podium of the Parks is the most monumental of all of Edmonton's towers (or at least the fully residential ones).

Seeing it from this angle almost gives me the feeling that this is a modern take on the old CN tower.

What a difference a balcony railing makes. If they had cheaped out like falcon, this would have been a very different look.

Not to mention comparatively lower priced older units in the surrounding area. Edmontonians seem to prefer value over vanity.

If the what-ifs align properly I could see an early start to phase 2 that would not only fix a hole in the street but would see all the advantages of the project in terms of amenities brought to the forefront.
