Not for awhile I don't think. Didn't inquire, but leasing overall has slowed considerably.

Hopefully when students post secondary are back in Sept they will get a good bump. They've signed on for student incentive.

Ya Edmonton's high rise buildings seem a little drab architecturally, my opinion !

I’d imagine summer is always slow here? Exodus of students brings a bunch of supply online and new demand won’t pickup till august

The Parks is also the last of the four residential projects that brought over 1000 units into the market in the last 12 months, so that probably plays a part.

I don’t think we’ve had a moment in a while where downtown got that many units dumped into it in a short period of time, along with new competing projects west of 109 St too.
