I think this is a more updated rendering. Difficult to see, but the pool might still be there. However, I'll be surprised if it's still included

An outdoor pool/hot tub with a rooftop common space, like the one shown in the renderings, would be a massive selling point to young professionals. If I were single and looking for a place, I would absolutely pay a little more for that added ammenity.
Stantec Tower has hot tubs on its massive outdoor space halfway up

For a pool, maybe. But hot tubs outdoors in the winter are incredible. My parents owned a condo in Canmore with both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The outdoor ones were always being used, regardless of the weather, while the indoor one was only used by parents watching their kids play in the pool and was otherwise mostly unused.

Outdoor hot tubs in the winter vibes are unbeaten.

I do think that swimming pools should be indoors for the most part however. They're not really useful in the winter the way hot tubs are.

I would consider paying higher condo fees/rent for a nice outdoor hot tub, but I would absolutely not for an indoor pool. I can't be the only one with that opinion lol

What about a heated outdoor pool like the one at the JPL? They keep it almost hot tub warm in the winter and cooler in the summer.

I'd settle for a sauna/spa like Tality Mt. Pleasant in Vancouver, which is 6 stories up.
