For some reason, I'm not digging the low-rise design above the podium. Reminds me of our previous city hall building somehow. But I really like the concept of this development, and I'll be happy to see this rise.Latest renders:

Phased approaches to development in this city make me nervous. Please somebody promise me we won't just end up with a podium and one short condo tower off-corner for this development.Condo Tower (117.5 metres) and podium are planned for Phase 1, with the Rental Tower (147 metres) and Mid-Rise portion planned for Phase 2.
