I’ve seen the prints for this project. There is amenity space for the students.

So this could be considered the first project built on the 96th Street walkway that the city built to rejuvenate this area. Nice. A big empty being filled finally.

I think we need to start another thread for the Quarters project, but just adding that the top floor (L6) will be mostly non-student residences.

Drove by this yesterday and it looked like some geotech drilling had been recently completed as there were fresh tracks into the site and a few standpipes poking up.
