I wonder if someone takes a chance on this once the Hat and Mezzo projects wrap up (which will unfortunately take a few years for both to be completely done). It's sad to see such a beautiful building in a great location to look like this but I think eventually it'll get the love and use it deserves.
It would be good if it happens sooner and I hope it will. The area is becoming more vibrant again so no need to wait until then, although the construction in nearby may be a bit disruptive.
What work has been done to date on this building? I walked by last night and said to myself that if they were made into lofts, I would sell my house and buy one (pending if it was in my budget hah). Not sure if there would be a market for that though.
