When I first saw the Pearl district in San Antonio I immediately thought that Rossdale could be something similar. Such a fabulous space and so much potential!

Agreed. After visiting Porto Portugal, I became sold on how the gondola project could be incorporated with the power plant to make it a truly tourist and people gathering destination for both residents and visitors. So much opportunity has been wasted.
