Hi there. I was reading this article about office building conversions: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/edmo...edmonton-office-towers-into-housing-1.6979033

It mentioned that the office building on 124th St. and 102 Avenue is being converted.

Not sure if there’s a thread for this or not.

^ good find! Never heard about that one, in fact didn't even realize that AHS had vacated that site.

Of all buildings to convert though, that's certainly an interesting one. Curious to see what they end up doing.

super interesting. This corner is pretty significant. The empty CRUs are definitely sad. Could be a great momentum boost to 124th.

Are those terraces open on each side? Could be some awesome patios for residential units.

AHS move a chunk of staff to the CN tower. That will definately be an interesting conversation.
AHS has two buildings on 107st that aren't as busy as before covid. They may be renovating some floors. I know they are big, but surprised they need more space.

Agreed. Great POMO and a lot of potential here to create a mixed-use project. As mentioned, very curious to see what they do with those terraces.

I wonder if there is capacity to add a floor or 3.
