I Know we'd all love if the Tegler had never been demolished in the first place, but at this point, I would've been happy with the BMO building still being there. It wasn't a bad looking building either...

Yes and Energy Square has also recently been improved while still keeping most of its distinctive character, proving it is still possible to make things better, not worse. So it is not all bad news.

The grass in this private park does not look so great at times, particularly when the weather is drier, but hey it is much better than an empty lot. I do hope this site is developed soon or eventually.

Also the old house in the picture to the south west (still used as commercial space) has been fixed up nicely.
