@Daveography I talked to Miles this morning concerning this property. His vison for this development suits this area quite well in my opinion. It will spruce up that corner and will be a great modern plaza for the neighborhoods that surround it. I do wish this would have an exit on the 95 ave side for better traffic flow.

I just want new buildings on what can and should be prime urban streets to not be set back with parking in front.
