Totally agreed, while it's great to see it filled, the design here leaves a LOT to be desired, especially when compared to projects like Stadium Yards, or to a simpler degree the ones you showed. Hell, even Lotus Park is cut above (though a much smaller cut). Very disappointing design that will still yield positive results. The Edmonton way!Glad to see this lot filled in. Really wish the designs were nicer though. These suburban vibes with corny colour strips won’t age well. The westrich projects on uni ave and in garneau just feel cheap compared to some others that are still the cheaper/wood frame styles.

An engineering firm? Maybe they prepared the building designs but the overall architecture screams Westrich. Also, there are rumors that ATCO is selling them the site, so there's also that.You may want to reconfirm the applicant and group behind this.
