A couple of new projects I noticed on my bikeride yesterday!

New midrise building spawned in over the winter on 156th Street, near Glenwood/Sherwood LRT stop:

New cute mixed use building proposed by Beljan in Laurier Heights of all places. Would love to see this actually happen:

Massive cluster housing development near Jasper Place LRT stop. Must be like a 4 -> 32 unit increase in density:

At this point I am less excited about new projects and more excited about architectural gems

Well, it's too bad that Edmonton has mostly architectural stones at the moment. Hopeful that things will improve with time, but I guess I'm allowing myself to enjoy some of what we're getting, at least for a little bit while I explore around on my bike lol.
