Fresh demo’ing occurring on that site kitty corner to Bonnie Doon Mall…..no thread but @Edmcowboy11 showed a picture of the 5 storey/green roofed building proposed a while back…..looks like it’s happening

Updates on a few projects in the NE. Sorry they aren't the best photos, all are taken from my car with kiddo in the back.

The student housing at Concordia is coming along nicely. I think they will succeed in opening for September.

The commercial development at 48st and 118th ave has the steel up now.

The new Beverly Heights Seniors Community is well underway. Busy crane! Figuring out how to access the building is quite weird though.

Lastly, the apartments and strip mall in Canon Ridge is almost done. The apartments form a rather foreboding wall but look fine otherwise.
