Those are my thoughts too. Hi-rise is what they want there.

It was approved by council a few months ago but I don't think there's been any news since. I assume they are now just waiting for the right market conditions.

There are very few select sites left with dramatic river valley views that also have a downtown vibe. As per the associated video, the higher up one goes, the more dramatic the view.
