Random question. There’s a walk up apartment building on the corner of 109 street and 81 ave. It went through a reno a few years ago, new windows, refreshed outside, looked like a lot of work. Then suddenly something happened and it got all boarded up, now there’s broken windows, and nothing going on. Anyone know the story here?

Geez how did I miss that? Thanks. My first apartment was in there. Two years later and nothings been done, wonder what the plan is.

I've never seen "single exit" on a BP before. I'm guessing there are two exits but one stairwell?
Did that Building Code amendment go through? I remember BILD pushing for single-egress policy, but I haven't heard of any change.

That site is crying for something to be done. Get rid of some of that parking lost too, hopefully.

Wow this would be huge! Does anyone know how much of that parking would be taken by this building? The whole lot is empty right from 108A Ave to 109A Ave now and it's such an eyesore.
