If only there was a way to integrate medium-density residential and commercial spaces. Some type of building that could mix uses.I live in this area. What a nightmare this is going to be.
There's a lot of trails around there so it is "walkable" in a sense...but not a lot of restaurants or shops there currently. That'll change as there is commercial coming in.
Rather it all be commercial and not residential there. Poor use of land.
No, rather it be commercial. If only there was a way to integrate medium-density residential and commercial spaces. Some type of building that could mix uses.
A shame no such type exists.

Same architects as Regency's Bonnie Doon masterpiece.Pretty sure that Regency’s forthcoming Masterpiece!
Blasphemy. It's Holyrood's offspring.Same architects as Regency's Bonnie Doon masterpiece.
That's Holyrood there that was blessed with the masterpiece? Ok. Correction recognized. Thank-you.Blasphemy. It's Holyrood's offspring.
Cars no longer there. I have a feeling the City bought it and will use it, at some point, to reconfigure that intersection coming off of Gateway.View attachment 668436
So this used to be the nicest little greenhouse and we used it all the time when we lived in Blackburne, thought they sold it to developers but it appears it's only being used as "overflow for the Lexus dealership across the deuce?
I'm sure these are due to be demolished. I can only imagine the state some of these apartments are in as these are old, old buildings. Not sure if there is a thread for this one. Looks like demolition is just in the initial stages. Located across the street from the Canadian Manor project in North Glenora.

At the time of the sale - I'm certain it was from the same developer of the "Ravines" right behind looking for expansion.Cars no longer there. I have a feeling the City bought it and will use it, at some point, to reconfigure that intersection coming off of Gateway.
Pure speculation on my part.
