I'm really curious how this is going to turn out, but I can't help but brace for trauma.

I don’t remember anymore for sure, but I think I heard Avenue Living bought this. Hopefully they do a good job not just on the Reno, but attracting decent tenants and maintaining the building. Would be nice to have positive foot traffic in the area.

On paper, this should be a very popular location for students and workers. In between royal alex, downtown, and macewan

I think the size of the podium windows have been downsized from rendering.

The mural will be a welcome addition.

Yeah it's a bad location. Glad Dub is the architect though. The building should be nice for what it is.

Driving east along Kingsway toward 101st, I noticed that the entire block on the east side of 101st just north of the Kingsway intersection has been cleared down to the wood. Any info on what's going on there?
