Looks good however parking should have been in the rear and the building set closer to the sidewalk. I'm surprised this was allowed, but I suppose there's precedence on the block.

The building is built essentially right up to the sidewalk. Not sure if it has parking at the rear, though. The empty lot next door isn't part of this development.

^OH sorry my bad. The photos made it seem like there was parking in front. Thanks for clarifying. Great to see more urban fabric.
