Hotel? Here all this time I thought it was already being used as an apartment building.

Nothing much exciting about a new Shoppers, but it’s better than the section of parking lot that was there before, and it looks like they planted some new trees, so it’s an improvement!

(By the Superstore on Calgary Trail.)
 
The building itself does not look so bad, but I suspect there are only so many people visiting West Ed that want to stay in nearby hotels, and there already are a lot of more established hotels in the area.
 

This one peaks my interest. Used to be a gas station so I imagine remediation is required. It's right by the LRT line but there's no stop close so you'd have to walk either towards Century Park or the Twin Brooks stop.

Be nice to see something happen to that site though.

A ton of projects I never even heard of. “Oliver Mixed Use?”

This could be the proposal for the SW corner of 121 street and Jasper Avenue (in front of Jasper House). On their site it says they paused the rezoning process about 80% of the way through due to COVID-19, which would make sense why we havn't heard much about that proposal in a while
