Honestly would love for a project like this in Capital Blvd tbh, closer to MacEwan and Norquest, especially since a portion of this project was dedicated towards student housing specifically. I know MacLab has its hands full with the Parks nearby, but maybe in the future.

That is in NorQuest's expansion space so unlikely.
