^^ I dated a Prudence once back in the day, didn't last long mind you, but she was a beaut... Much as this fine fine project blossoming before our eyes.

I really, really wish/hope we had more of these kind of projects around the city. There's something about it that just "fits" the aesthetic of Edmonton while still being modern and eye catching. Not sure if that makes sense.
