I'd agree that it's larger than the current phase of The Parks and Falcon I.

Plus another 132 units in the building that just started construction in the last few weeks across the street from University Heights (Mckernan Crossing).
That’s almost 1300 units! Seriously impressive.

With south of the river finally getting some residential love, I wonder if we will see a proper hotel built. Whyte ave is the only part of Edmonton that actually feels like a city, and there’s no large chain hotel other than Mettera/varscona in the immediate vicinity
